About Justin Larsen
Youth Speaker
Justin Larsen
has always been drawn to the moments when communication breaks down, when people go quiet, tensions rise, and no one’s quite sure what to say. Bullied in his early years, he spent a long time watching conflict unfold without the tools to respond. That experience didn’t just shape him. It pushed him to understand it.

He went on to study cognitive neuroscience, not to work in a lab, but to understand how people learn. Along the way, he began to see that how we respond to conflict plays a quiet role in many of the problems society struggles with. That insight now shapes how he teaches others to stay clear-headed and communicate more effectively under pressure. While Justin’s content is grounded in neuroscience and research, his delivery is anything but clinical. His focus is on connection. Every story, tool, and takeaway is crafted to be useful, funny, memorable, and above all, human.

His mission
responds to what many young people are facing today: rising mental health struggles, social disconnection, and growing conflict-avoidance. These challenges often show up as aggression or silence, leaving youth unsure of how to express themselves or connect with others in a healthy way. Justin works from a simple belief: people can become their own best advocates if they’re taught how. His approach doesn’t just help young leaders manage conflict in the moment. It's designed to create ripple effects that influence how future generations treat one another. The goal isn’t just fewer conflicts now, but fewer conflicts for years to come. Justin's vision is to raise a generation that knows how to handle conflict with clarity and confidence, and to help build a future where effective communication is the standard in every school, organization, and community.
